SAP Support Help users fix SAP and system problems. Resolve service tickets within agreed timelines. Work with technical experts or service providers on complex issues. 2. Projects & Enhancements Act as link between business and developers. Gather requirements and write functional specs. Help plan, test, implement, and support new systems. 4. Training Train users on SAP. Create manuals and e-learning materials. Identify skills gaps and arrange further training. 5. User Access & Audits Help create and maintain SAP user profiles. Ensure access follows risk and audit rules. Report non-compliance and suggest fixes. 6. Reporting Develop and maintain business reports from SAP. 7.
